Whimsical Word of the Week


Fugacious -

fleeting, transitory; difficult to capture.

Example: Seeing a faerie in flight was quite fugacious; she appeared so infrequently.

  3. I wouldn't have guess it meant THAT from how the word sounds. Perhaps all words should be more onomatopoeic...would help a lot. LOL
