Epistolary -

In the form of a letter or letters: taking the form of a letter or a series of letters.

Example: The Screwtape Letters, by C.S. Lewis, is an example of an epistolary novel.

    1. I have not heard of that novel - the title is awesome! Another great example is The Wanderer, by Sharon Creech. She uses the diaries of the two main characters. Thanks, Sara.
